| With more than 25 years of national and international experience, Bob Mulcahy brings a global perspective to planning and design. Notable projects include Centro, the new city center of Oberhausen, Germany, and the Norwich, Connecticut waterfront development, part of a revitalization strategy that has garnered national attention. He’s also a lead consultant on the extensive urban planning and redevelopment of Boca Raton, Florida. Before forming LandWorks, Bob was president of TerraSphere, Inc, and for 15 years was a managing principal for the SWA Group. He also served as senior vice president at Post Buckley Schuh & Jernigan Inc. |
| Bob currently sits on the board of directors for the Trust for Resource Allocation & Conservation. |


| Matt Mrva manages projects, quality control, and the integration of new technologies in planning and design. Projects include Waterplace Capitol Center, an upscale mixed-use development in Providence, Rhode Island’s Capitol District; Greylock Center, a 1,000-acre resort and recreational center in the Berkshires, planned as the flagship of Massachusetts’ state park system; and the Chelsea River Vision Process, a community-driven master planning project contiguous to historic Boston Harbor. |
